Attendance in any group class is dependent on a clinical decision made by your physiotherapist/Pilates instructor. This assessment ensures the class is safe, appropriate, and aligned with your treatment needs.

The assessment session is up to 30 min. It is an individual session with our physiotherapist/Pilates instructor.
