Join us Saturday 22 Feb for a special Cuban dance Masterclass with Cuban dance maestro Adrian Medina.

2.5 hours of specialist Cuban dance training and information with one of the best.

Originally from Havana, Cuba Adrian was trained at the most elite dance companies in Cuba including the Narciso Medina Dance School and the world famous Tropicana Musical and Dance School where he received degrees in Modern, Jazz, Contemporary and Afro-Cuban dance. 

A former principal dancer of the Havana Night Dance Company, he has performed in over than 15 countries including Australia, where you may have seen him in the Courier Mail alongside Simone Pope for the Opera Australia production: Carmen.

We are extremely excited to have Adrian share his knowledge and energy with us!

Why learn Cuban dance? Cuban dance is at the roots of Salsa and the beautiful grounded and earthy movements go hand in hand with Salsa. Cuban body movement is so integral to any modern Salsa dancer! 

In this 2.5 hour masterclass, Adrian will go through a wide range of Cuban dance including - Afro-Cuban Rumba, Cuban body movement, Afro-Cuban with Salsa, Orishas and much more.

Open to all levels and all dancers wanting to upskill and expand their knowledge of Salsa and Latin dance.
