Each part of the arm balance series will be two hours long, focusing on proper warm up, conditioning, and a detailed breakdown of each pose. Props and modifications will be used, as well as challenging transitions for those wanting something more. The goal is to have fun and conquer fear. Option to stay, play, and connect after each class!

Week 1: Crow/Crane - transition to Sirsasana II and/or Chaturanga for experienced students

Week 2: Side Crow/Crane - transition to Fallen Angel for experienced students 

Week 3: Eka Pada Koundinyasa I & II - transition to Chinstand for experienced students

Week 4: Shoulder-pressing pose & Firefly - transition to Crow and Chaturanga for experienced students. Flow all poses together at the end of class. Closing circle and singing bowl Savasana.
