Are you interested in starting, restarting, or deepening a meditation practice? This class will help you do just that. Developmental movements prepare you for a 30 minute seated practice. You will receive professional assistance and attention in finding a supportive, aligned, and comfortable meditation posture for you. Very simply, we will move and breath well in community. Class is usually followed by community brunch at Tea Bar and Bites.
