Hatha is a good all-rounder class that seeks to balance within each of us the sun and moon qualities, the effort and ease, the active and the receptive.
We offer Hatha classes for beginners, all levels, intermediate and experienced yogis, from 75 minutes to 105 minutes.
Our ‘intermediate’ and 'experienced' class is mostly suited to those with some experience. Most classes offer some challenge. Don't be intimidated but be prepared to work hard in the intermediate and experienced class of traditional Hatha yoga.
