Note: This class is only for new Basic Reflex customers to get a feel of our group classes and learn some basic skills before joining our public group classes. First-time customers only.
This mixed-gender, fundamental group class is for those who are new to Basic Reflex and have limited prior experience with boxing! With only beginners and newcomers, students can feel comfortable and safe in learning the fundamental skills, techniques, rules, and principles of boxing.
As well as learning fundamental punches, footwork, and defences, you will train your agility, co-ordination, reflexes, strength, and cardio-vascular fitness. Over time, you will also notice a significant improvement in your patience, focus, determination, self-discipline and overall wellbeing.
