Our mixed-gender, fundamental group classes are perfect for beginners, or those who have had some prior experience in boxing. As well as learning fundamental punches, footwork, and defences, you will train your agility, co-ordination, reflexes, strength, and cardio-vascular fitness. Over time, you will also notice a significant improvement in your patience, focus, determination, self-discipline and overall wellbeing.

  5. Stance, guard and posture
  6. Basic combinations
  7. Agility, mobility, strength and conditioning exercises 
  8. Cardiovascular exercises

What to Bring: Gloves and hand wraps (if you have them), comfortable clothing, boxing shoes.
