Our mixed-gender, all-levels group class is  for anyone and everyone, regardless of prior boxing experience or skill level. As well as sharpening fundamental punches, footwork, and defences, and using those techniques in some more intermediate-level combinations, you will also train your agility, co-ordination, reflexes, strength, and cardio-vascular fitness. Over time, you will also notice a significant improvement in your patience, focus, determination, self-discipline and overall wellbeing.

  4. Striking technique 
  5. Stance, guard and posture
  6. Intermediate-level combinations
  7. Agility, mobility, strength and conditioning exercises 
  8. Cardiovascular exercises 
  9. Reflex and co-ordination exercises
  10. Light sparring 

What to Bring: Gloves and hand wraps (if you have them), comfortable clothing, boxing shoes.
