In our One More Round Boxing/Strength classes you'll receive a mix of boxing and strength training. 
You will learn how to effectively hit heavy bags, targets, double end bags, focus mitts and so much more. 
You will also receive strength training exercises using various strength training equipment like, but not limited to...kettle bells, dumbbells, olympic bars, battle ropes, TRX, olympic rings and more.
