Join Christy to focus on the foundation of yoga practice including awareness, breath and alignment. The series aims to teach you basic tools for a good foundation that will carry you into the next stage of your yoga practice.
Each class will set aside time for in-depth instruction and questions and answers in addition to practicing yoga postures. We will cover how to access and activate muscles to support you in yoga postures...
