Please bring a mat or beach towel to practice on outside. Dress weather appropriate, include sunscreen and water. Our new safety protocols include wearing masks while socializing before class. Once on your mat, masks can be removed for practice. As you set up your mats, please honor the 6' distance between each other.

In our busy lives, it’s important we take the time to slow down. Slow flow helps us begin slowing down and taking a pause to appreciate this present moment. We will take time in each posture to find correct alignment, breathe through any blockages, and allow our bodies and minds to settle in. Through this stillness we can find clarity and contentment. By moving slow and gazing inward we begin to clean and clear out the unnecessary things that weigh us down. From there we can learn to let go and experience the freedom and joy this moment has to offer. Beginners and all-levels welcome.
