Perfect for beginning yoga students as well as any student looking to refresh the central importance of the practice. This class will teach individuals the basic fundamentals of Vinyasa, or flow, Yoga. Students will learn yogic breathing, how to connect your breath to your movement through aligning the body, and how to find clarity in the mind, leading to relaxation and stress relief. Open to all. Beginners are encouraged to build their practice from this class.
