Discover the possibilities of your true potential through yoga asanas that warm, release and restore enhanced by myofascial release. Class will begin with connection to our breath and inner dimension followed by warming asanas to increase blood flow and sensitivity of the nervous system. Next, we will implement myofascial release techniques with movement to release knots, hyperirritable spots and built up tension from the work week. Myofascial tools, self massage, and functional movements will be used as well. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, lengthened and spacious. Beginners and all-levels welcome.
