This class is for students of all ages to keep your joints mobile, lubricated, and healthy. Some myofascial techniques will be introduced in conjunction with traditional yoga postures. Each class will be taught to the skeletal variations present in each body. Expect brief periods of moderate strengthening postures followed by restoration and stress reduction on the joints.
