This class is for athletes of all levels, weekend warriors, and anyone who experiences the over use of certain joints and muscles of the body leading to tension and tightness. Expect deeper stretching, some myofascial release, and traditional yoga postures. These are all paired with mindfulness and conscious breathing to shift students into balance and counteract repetitive movements with the emphasis placed on tight hips, hamstrings, and low back.
