Restorative yoga is a relaxing style intended to be healing and nurturing for the body and it can relieve stress. This class is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Props are used to support the entire body in postures practiced on the floor, while gently aiding the body in relaxation. This class is appropriate for students of all levels.
