The “power” in Power yoga isn’t about powering through the poses, but instead, finding your own power within. This challenging flow has roots in Ashtanga Yoga. We will practice traditional postures, focus on alignment, and link them together using your breath. When challenged physically, the mind can begin to clear, and as the breath becomes steady and deeper, you’ll feel your own energy flow stronger, allowing your spirit to shine. Detoxify the body and purify the mind in this powerful class and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Not recommended for brand new students. All-levels to Intermediate Welcome.
