Looking for a step down from "Heated Power Vinyasa" or even a little less heat? This is the class for you!

Vinyasa translates as “placing with intention”. This class is a dynamic sequence of postures which all connect to each other using your breath. We begin slow and build on the sequence depending on your individual level. As you find the flow of your poses, you being to find the flow from the tangible aspects of your being, to the intangible. Balancing us from the gross aspects, all the way to the subtle vibrations on a cellular level. This creates a marriage of our movement and our breath, creating balance in our bodies, our minds, and spirits. With the addition of a little warmth of the room, you'll start to find more energy, physical strength, increased flexibility, and postures that aren't always accessible when the body is not warm.  Average room temperature is 80 degrees. All-levels welcome.
