Please bring a mat or beach towel to practice on outside. Dress weather appropriate, include sunscreen and water. Our new safety protocols include wearing masks while socializing before class. Once on your mat, masks can be removed for practice. As you set up your mats, please honor the 6' distance between each other.


Just like it sounds- come to this class for Vinyasa AND Yin! Opposing forces and complementary opposites combined into one class to balance your body, mind, and spirit. The first half of this class is vinyasa, or flow. We will move mindfully and find heat in some strong and active postures. The second half will be cool and still, so we can seek openness and surrender in the body and mind. You will leave feeling physically rejuvenated and refreshed mentally. All-levels welcome.
