Yoga For Healthy Living

This class is appropriate for all ages. We focus on alignment, strength and balance to support health and well-being. We move through a sequence of poses, but the class does not “flow” like vinyasa classes do. Poses are explained and appropriate modifications are found to support different physical conditions. If you are looking for a basic understanding of poses, want a slower paced class, or if you need to take a break from more vigorous styles of yoga - this could be your class! Students need to be able to get up and down from the floor. We will have chairs available for balance assistance and seated modifications.
