Slow Flow + Meditation

In our busy lives, it’s important we take the time to slow down. Slow flow helps us begin slowing down and taking a pause to appreciate this present moment. We will take time in each posture to find correct alignment, breathe through any blockages, and allow our bodies and minds to settle in. Through this stillness we can find clarity and contentment. By moving slow and gazing inward we begin to clean and clear out the unnecessary things that weigh us down. From there we can learn to let go and experience the freedom and joy this moment has to offer. Beginners and all-levels welcome. The end of this class will include a 10-minute meditation.
