This class is a progression of the fundamental exercises and principles of Pilates. Challenge your body and control in new ways by: integrating new movements into your Pilates repertoire, working with less support, increasing movement complexity and resistance. Please check with the instructor prior to booking into this class to ensure you are ready to progress.
