Take a personalized approach to yoga! This package includes 8 one-on-one, in-studio sessions (value of $880) with Stephanie - 500RYT. She will take you on a client-centered experience of movement, mindfulness, and self exploration.
Throughout the 8 sessions you will receive:
- A personal self-assessment identifying your priorities of focus.
- A research-based movement/mindfulness plan specific to your needs and abilities.
- Bi-weekly assessment of your progress and adjustments to your plan as needed.
- Feedback on your yoga postures and personalized modifications to help you find confidence and your best experience in your practice.
- After completion of the program you will receive a one-time 15% discount on the purchase of yoga passes or memberships at the AYC so you can continue your practice.

She is experienced in working with individual students to help them grow their practice and help work through some of the barriers associated with yoga such as; fear, injury, pain, etc.
