Explore your body with intention. Join Stephanie online and she will guide you through your favorite yoga postures with particular attention on movement skills. She will help bring awareness to areas of the body that may be underused in your day to day life but are important for your overall mobility. This could include, directed breathwork, reach and pull movements, shoulder mobility, etc. In studio props available - bolsters, wooden blocks, grey foam blocks, straps; we just ask you to bring your own mat and any other props you feel support your own practice.
