Our Yin practice begins by connecting with our heart energy to develop greater presence and self-awareness. We then begin to explore and experience the subtler aspects of ourselves as we move through a sequence of yin asanas. The three main principles of our Yin practice include finding our appropriate edge, finding stillness while softening the musculature, and holding the poses for longer periods of time. Our practice ends with a guided mystical meditation designed to promote a state of deep relaxation. The benefits of our practice include increased flexibility, nourishment of the joints and meridians, stimulation of energy flow, heightened sense of awareness and clarity, as well a sense of calmness and wellbeing.
 
In studio props available - bolsters, wooden blocks, grey foam blocks, chairs, straps; we just ask you to bring your own mat and any other props you feel support your own practice.
