A gentle, healing yoga class with poses supported by props, including bolsters and blankets. It's all about slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching. During longer holds you can relax deeply. Restorative yoga is a complement to active practices and stressful lives. While offered online this class requires a number of yoga props to get the full experience.
If you do not have yoga props at home, consider registering for in-studio or have the following available; 2 large towels, throw cushion, bed pillow, housecoat belt,and blanket.
