In this 60min class we will start with the slower paced Yin Yoga, challenging our cool bodies to stretch deeply and the mind to be focused. This part of the practice will be down lower on the mat. The second half of the practice will be active movement that can include flow or hatha, bringing us up and down on our mat. 

Music playlist may be provided through the chat. 

While props are optional we do recommended having blocks, strap, bolster, and blanket. At home replacements are great as well!
