This 60min flow will include breathwork, movement and a soft closure to the practice. Livestream participants can expect a music playlist shared with them via the zoom chat on the day of class. Yoga props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, and strap may be used. At home versions can include pillows, large bath towels and bathrobe ties can substitute.
