In this 90min workshop you will learn how to do some of your favorite yoga postures using a yoga wheel. If you've never practiced with this unique yoga prop be prepared for a new experience that will bring new stretch and strength to the body. We'll play, laugh and have fun with our yoga wheels! 

Space is limited to 10 and yoga wheels, and any other required props, will be provided. If you have your own wheel feel free to bring it along! This is an in-studio workshop only.

This workshop is for anyone who is interested in trying this unique practice. No experience required!

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
