Hatha yoga focused class adapted for all skill levels. This practice is alignment focused and uses the principles of The New Yoga to build a well rounded experience. Yoga props will be used so it is recommended to have bolsters, wooden blocks, grey foam blocks, chair, straps - or any household substitute that works for you. This class involves seated and standing postures which can include; forward bending, twists, backbends and more.
