Explore your body with intention. Join Stephanie, in the studio, for this 1hr class where she will guide you through your favorite yoga postures with particular attention on movement skills and principles. She will help bring awareness to areas of the body that may be underused in your day to day life but are important for your overall mobility. This could include, directed breathwork, reach and pull movements, shoulder mobility, etc. It is suggested you have yoga props or at home replacements that can be used as a strap, blocks, blanket, and bolster.
