Hatha yoga focused class, based on the principals of The New Yoga for anyone who already has yoga experience and is now looking for additional challenges, including backbends and inversions - such as headstands and shoulderstands. Suitable for those wanting to get started with more advanced poses, and those continuing with them.
This practice is alignment focused and will use yoga props throughout. In-studio props available - bolsters, wooden blocks, grey foam blocks, straps and chairs; we just ask you to bring your own mat and any other props you feel support your own practice.
