Yoga Nidra or “yogic sleep” is a conscious relaxation technique for controlling the bodies relaxation response. A systematic body scan to help cultivate awareness and connection between the body and the mind to melt away stress and anxiety. 

This class is only offered online. We have enabled $10 tickets for this class as it is 30mins and respect the value of your regular Punch Passes are best used for our longer classes. If you hold an ongoing membership with us, you will not need to purchase a ticket.
