As part of the AYC’s anniversary celebrations join us for an special Wine + Flow class on Saturday evening as a prelude to the full Sunday celebration.

- 45min vinyasa flow w/Stephanie (Owner & Director of Operations)
- 45min social to share a glass of wine (red & white options)
- This is in-studio only
- Expect music and dim lighting
