This is a live online class. 

Monday Morning Flow is a gentle flow style of class. That focuses on movement and building a foundation of balance and strength. This practice will encourage the use of yoga props - bolsters, wooden blocks, grey foam blocks, chairs, straps; or you can substitute household items that work for you.
