Hatha yoga focused class adapted for all skill levels. This practice is alignment focused and uses the principles of The New Yoga to build a well rounded experience. You will use yoga props throughout and your teacher will offer feedback on your practice. It involves seated and standing postures which can include; forward bending, twists, backbends and more. In studio props available - bolsters, wooden blocks, grey foam blocks, chair, straps; we just ask you to bring your own mat and any other props you feel support your own practice.
