Registration for THE RETURN: Graduate Immersive Weekend is now open!

Here's what you need to know before you click the link to register:

• Dates/Time: October 17th & 18th; both days 9am - 5pm

• Location: YogaSpirit, Bragg Creek, AB

  • All students are required to arrange their own transportation to and from the studio
    
    

• Investment:

  • Yoga mat, hydration, journal (prefer paper), appropriate movement attire.

(Optional 7:30am early morning walk on the trails weather permitting)

Note: there will be smaller bio breaks given between sessions. 

Agreements for the Weekend: These agreements exist to support presence, safety, and the depth of our shared experience.

Yoga Spirit honours the yoga philosophy of  Ahimsa (non-harming). As a result there are no animal products welcome in the space. Inclusive of food, clothing, etc. If you arrive mistakenly with these, you will be asked to remove them from the premises. 

A weekend without phones. A RETURN to yourself. To honor presence and integration, the yoga space will be phone-free. We recognize this may feel unfamiliar. Support is in place for emergencies. The intention behind this is collective presence.

You may transfer this pass within limits. 

The schedule of events can change in advance of the event.
