A short focussed session, where we'll explore some yoga philosophy and will tie in a practice to suit. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

The class will be recorded live via Zoom at NZT 8:30am and then sent to all those booked in. So if you can't make it live, don't worry, it'll be there in your in-box as soon as we've finished.

The classes will collect in the Content Library, and you'll eventually have access to them any time with your corresponding pass or membership.
