A 45 minute class that is designed to push you and excite you about working out and staying healthy. Each class is set up in 3 rotations of five 30 second intervals. They will be fast and fierce.
Get ready to sweat in this HIGH CARDIO, get after it workout!

Nikki gears her teachings to make a large class feel like it is personalized just for you.  She will motivate you and push you to a level that you can’t reach on your own.  All physical levels are welcome to join this class, however we will be moving around the mats...
