This class is going to be all about slowing down and working on strength training along with muscle recovery. The class will be taught with subtle lights to instill a soft calm and inner focus. The class will be broken into three different sections to rotate through different activities. We will be using physio balls, half balance balls, and foam rollers. This is a great class to pair as a recovery class in the middle of the week of hard workouts and or a double class after Trim and Tone.
