Welcome to Beginner Yoga. This is a 4 week yoga program with registered Yoga Teacher Shani Doucet. Shani will introduce you to yoga breathing, postures, mindfulness and meditation. A great introduction to Yoga for all. If you have been interested in trying yoga but not sure what class to start with , this is the program for you! Please bring a mat and some water to class. If you do not have a mat we will supply you with a mat. Enjoy !
