An eight week Aerial yoga program for ages 8 to 10 . This program will help your child build strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance. Each child will have their own "hammock" or " silk sling" to work on. The kids will be working through the fundamentals of Aerial Yoga and we will also incorporate breathing and relaxation techniques with the use of sound ( gong and chimes) and music. Limited space available
What to bring : water bottle
What to wear : clothing suitable for yoga, form fitting if possible
