Join Tansy Hunt in 4 weeks of pilates mat work fundamentals.  Pilates is a system of controlled movements, a specific style of breath with mental focus to control the function of the muscles. Pilates will help you build functional core strength while creating  length in the body and a sense of overall well-being. Pilates wear comfortable clothing , no shoes needed. Please bring water and a mat if you have one. If you do not have a mat we will supply you with one.
