This class is designed to strengthen the body as the infrared waves penetrate into our deepest tissues. This mind body workout will focus on 6 key Pilates principles. Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath and Flow. The results from this class are amazing and you will feel this from your muscles to your immune system. 
Please note you will need a group training pass to book. Please bring water bottle , mat and towel.
