Our Soaring yogi program offers an opportunity for all yoga participants to grow their yoga practice with the use of straps and a sling. This suspension system provides support for balances , extensions and inversions. A fun and spirited approach to yoga that will help students cultivate muscle awareness as well as a sense of stability in their yoga practice.
