An energizing blend of all the best that Mindful Movements Studio offers! You will strengthen your body, improve cardio conditioning on our Real Ryder bikes, move better with primal movement patterns, improve alignment of your body and of course a relaxing, calming yoga to conclude. Every minute of this class is jammed packed with everything you need to feel your best this summer! All levels welcome.
