An invigorating mix of Hatha asanas held for several breaths.  Building strength in both the physical structure of each shape, but also preparing the mind for meditation and single point focused attention. 
This class is a 35/15 min split for asanas/meditation. 
*there will be balance and inversion shapes offered within the scope of this practice.
