Yoga Flow: A dynamic form of yoga where the postures flow from one posture right into the next. This form of yoga develops strength, balance and flexibility while simultaneously connecting to the breath and gaze to aid in focus and relaxation.

Because the Flow in Yoga Flow is not confined to any lineage or style, the background of an individual teacher will give each class a specific structure and feel.

Props (if required),  will be announced 15 minutes prior to class.
