This refreshing class will have you moving your body with freedom and flow. Develop longer leaner muscles while improving overall strength and mobility. Increase energy flow through your body with classical Pilates movements along with our unique Mindful Movements’ flows.  The perfect finish to this movement and tone class. Small equipment may also be included in this class including band, balls and circle, if you do not have any at home modifications will be made.
