A Full body Pilates total tone class . This refreshing class will have you moving your body with freedom and flow. Develop longer leaner muscles while improving overall strength and mobility. Increase energy flow through your body with classical Pilates movements along with our unique Mindful Movements’ flows.  The perfect finish to this movement and tone class.  Please bring a mat and water to class. We also may add small pilates equipment to this total tone class including 
flex band, mini ball, circle etc. Enjoy a new variety each week!
